- Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Experience: 3 years of proven success in instructional design, curriculum development, and training facilitation
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Articulate 360, LMS platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with adult learning principles, ADDIE/SAM methodologies, and creative design software is a plus
- Neat, professional appearance, and outgoing demeanor
- Must have a dependable vehicle with valid vehicle insurance, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record
- Must be available for multi-day overnight travel at least once a quarter
