What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automation Robotics Engineer position at DSJ Global?
DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading Manufacturing Conglomerate Company who is looking to expand its team with a Robotics Automation Engineer
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead projects for new equipment installations to enhance and automate manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain robotic programs used across this site
- Manage the design and programming of fixtures used in robotic processes.
- Train and support manufacturing operators in using robotic automation equipment.
- Document all changes to production programs to correlate with downstream process outputs.
- Identify key input variables in the automation process to ensure robustness against minor variations in casting dimensions.
- Determine and implement key output variables to validate the successful completion of critical functions within a program / piece before running additional products.
- Assist Manufacturing / Process owners in cross-functional scrap initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
