A rapidly growing global organization within innovative, high-quality food production is searching for a new Brand Marketing Manager as they expand across US Markets! In this role, you will lead the development and execution of both short and long-term brand strategies for assigned products. Your primary focus will be to drive brand equity, market share growth, and sales expansion through strategic initiatives and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Brand Strategy Development :
  • Shape brand positioning, including defining architecture, target audience, value proposition, and messaging to differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities that will inform long-term brand growth strategies.
  • Product Management :
  • Spearhead the innovation pipeline, identifying product gaps and opportunities that align with brand strategy and the company's growth objectives.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring product alignment with brand strategy and consumer demands.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, providing actionable insights for improvements and new product innovations.
  • Marketing Execution :
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams (sales, trade, product development) to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Actively incorporate consumer feedback to continuously refine and adjust brand strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of brand initiatives and product launches.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in brand management within Food or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industries
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
  • Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects to successful outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
