Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Leadership: Ensure a safe work environment by following safety rules and regulations.
- Departmental Goals: Set and review departmental goals for quality and productivity, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Marketing teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Product Acceptance Criteria: Establish and maintain product acceptance criteria, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Investigation and Resolution: Investigate and resolve product nonconformance issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor quality trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring process excellence.
- ISO 9001 Management Representative: Serve as the company's ISO 9001 Management Representative, ensuring compliance with QMS requirements.
