Position Overview :
The EHS Manager will lead environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe workplace. This role requires a hands-on leader to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures to meet OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections; drive corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses; implement preventive measures.
- Track and report EHS metrics and recommend improvements.
- Train employees on safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee environmental programs, including waste management, air emissions, and chemical handling.
- Maintain EHS documentation and coordinate audits or inspections.
- Lead emergency response planning and drills.
