The Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager provides leadership and direction of all plant food safety functions to support our food safety goals and ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry standards.
This position involves managing day-to-day FSQA functions for the facility, including 1st and 2nd processing. It also involves implementing robust quality control processes, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
We are seeking a highly qualified individual with experience in food safety and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. or B.A. degree in Food Science, Meat Science, Poultry Science, or related field, and over 4 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
