DSJ Global is currently partnered with a Fortune 500 manufacturer who is looking to add a Reliability Engineer to their continuously growing team. The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for increasing reliability and uptime and will be expected to support Operational and Maintenance personnel. This position requires a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a multi-faceted environment.
The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for:
- Directly supervise the Lubricators, RCM Technician and Fluid Power Technician
- Integrate best maintenance technologies and practices into predictive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
- Drive site lubrication and fluid power programs to success.
- Participate and lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) efforts to identify root causes of complex and/or repetitive problems and put in place executable corrective actions.
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify gaps and areas of potential improvement.
- Work with Leaders and Engineers to share knowledge and gain expertise in development of reliability strategies.
- Actively participate in design and implementation of Asset Improvement Strategies for systems to improve production and uptime.
- Participate and support in all areas to achieve Environmental, Health, & Safety excellence
The Reliability Engineer should have:
- BS in Engineering or 5-8 years of related experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Vibration training/qualifications is a plus
- CMRP Certification is a plus
- Supervisory experience preferred
