The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Ensures all equipment meets production and QA standards, and oversees daily activities of the Machine Shop and Parts Room.
- Conducts weekly maintenance meetings and interfaces between the Maintenance Manager and mechanics.
- Works with production machine manufacturers or material vendor representatives, and trains maintenance personnel on all plant equipment.
- Monitors and enforces Safety and Health policies, and overseas production floor data collection systems.
The Maintenance Supervisor should have the following qualifications:
- 2 years of relative maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
