We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MRO Sourcing Specialist to join our clients dynamic team in Houston TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO), with a deep understanding of contract management and extensive experience with SAP.
Location will be in Tanglewood / Memorial Park Area of Houston.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MRO categories to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their MRO needs and provide sourcing solutions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to MRO sourcing activities.
- Utilize SAP for procurement processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier management.
- Ensure timely delivery of MRO supplies and services to support maintenance and operational activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
