About:
A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to join their team in Suffolk County. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives within their state-of-the-art facility.
The Operational Excellence Leader will have the following responsibilities:
- Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and take corrective actions
- Ensure EHS and cGMP practices are followed during all continuous improvement projects
- Drive cost efficiency through improvement projects
- Monitor production KPI's
- Collaborate with department leaders as required
The Operational Excellence Leader will have the following qualifications:
- 6-9 years' experience in continuous improvement, LEAN manufacturing, or operational excellence roles within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Six Sigma and LEAN certifications a plus
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
