Packaging Process Engineer needed to join a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing client based in Glen Rock, PA.
The company is a pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and manufacture of specialty drug delivery systems. They focus on creating innovative drug delivery solutions, including oral thin films and transdermal patches. These technologies are designed to enhance drug bioavailability, improve patient compliance, and minimize adverse events.
The Packaging Process Engineer is responsible for developing, scaling up and validating processes used for packaging specialty drug delivery products in a manner compliant with 21CFR211 and all other relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Packaging Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Packaging
- Capable of learning practical application of engineering skills in areas including but not limited to LEAN manufacturing principles, design control, validation, experimental design, etc.
- Develop modified and new processes for Packaging and Serializing specialized drug delivery therapeutic products. Work in close collaboration on cross-functional teams with R&D, Quality, Operations, Marketing and Clients to accomplish successful outcomes.
