- Run and analyze daily / weekly sales and inventory reports, prepared to discuss with managers and cross functional teams as needed
- Provide feedback and direction for day-to-day business operation based on reports and ad hoc analysis
- Review and re-project ladder plans for season by style on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with replenishment counterpart weekly to review shipping forecasts to maximize sales trend
- Create production plans by store volume group and current POS performance at the style / color / size level
- Identify sales and profit opportunities / liabilities and make recommendations to department
