Plant Superintendent
Seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to oversee key operations in Columbus, Ohio. The role requires responsibilities in EHS, production, quality control, and continuous improvement while driving strategic projects and process enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to streamline production, minimize waste, and improve yield
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and promote a safety-first culture by driving risk-reduction initiatives and providing thorough training for all employees.
- Foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement, empowering team members to take ownership of their roles and contribute to overall success.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that sets clear goals, manages capital projects, and aligns the team with the plant's business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry.
- 10 years of industrial management experience in resin or chemical manufacturing
- Lean and Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification (preferred).
- Strong project management skills and a proven track record of successfully leading production operations.
- Ability to implement and manage process improvement initiatives effectively.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
