• Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise various refining units' process engineering activities
• Oversee departmental contributions towards operation support and reliability improvements
• Provide strategic direction for the unit's engineers
• Facilitate collaboration with other refinery groups for planning purposes
• Set project priorities that align with broader organizational goals
• What You'll Need To Succeed :
• Education

Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience Requirements
• 6 years within refinery processing including diverse unit technologies.
• At least 2 years preferred supervisory experience.
• Solid background in troubleshooting / designing processes, safety protocols, risk mitigation strategies.

Knowledgeable about Refining Process Technology.

Leadership Abilities :

• People management skills aimed at fostering teamwork while driving decision-making efficiency.

Technical Proficiency :

• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with proficiency using simulation software tools like MS Office Suite (intermediate level).

Communication Excellence :
