Job Title : Procurement Agent
Location : Remote (preferably the Southern states) or the option to relocate to a Caribbean Island.

Company Profile : a privately held global investment and real estate development organization is seeking a Procurement Agent to join their team, focusing the construction category.
The Procurement Agent Will Be Responsible For :
Leading the Procurement team on any given Project in the execution of their services.
Developing Bidders Lists for all Bid Packages.
Drafting Trade Contract Agreements, Consultant Agreements and Purchase Orders.
Assisting Managers with Procurement Plan strategy for each Project.
Sourcing and Procurement techniques, as well as analyzing Construction Documents to support the department's procedures and processes.
The Procurement Agent Must Have the Following Qualifications :
6-12 years of experience within Procurement from a Construction Management Firm.
Ability to read Construction Blueprint documents
Experience with US based and International clients, contractors and vendors.
Construction related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
