Our client is a leader in the manufacturing industry, specializing in durable goods. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to drive the development, lifecycle management, and market success of the durable goods portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to guide product development and enhancements.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and updates.
- Customer and Market Insights:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Define customer personas and ensure product development meets end-user needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a manufacturing setting with durable goods.
- Proven experience managing the product lifecycle, from concept to market delivery.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product development cycles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
