Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to guide product development and enhancements.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and updates.
- Customer and Market Insights:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Define customer personas and ensure product development meets end-user needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a manufacturing setting with durable goods.
