DSJ Global is partnered with an industry leading food and beverage manufacturing company. They are seeking a Live Production Manager for a Growout facility in North Carolina. This role is responsible for overseeing and directing Live Production operations to support the plant processing sites. Key responsibilities include driving performance, budgeting, planning, scheduling, ensuring safety compliance, and adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze trends and tasks to identify areas for improvement or success and take action to ensure optimal performance in line with company objectives and goals.
- Communicate effectively to resolve issues and ensure performance standards are met.
- Develop, implement, and manage Live Production budgets for the designated area.
- Comply with all company requirements regarding food safety.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- May require travel to other facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of production manager experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Strong communication skills
