Production Manager

Position Overview

A food & beverage manufacturer is in search of a new Production Manager. As this organization looks to grow their team further, this position will be a key leader in ensuring the delivery across the production team while maintaining strong quality and safety standards.

The Production Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee production activities, coordinate with departments, and monitor performance metrics.
• Inspire and mentor team members, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with QA to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prioritize safety and maintain a clean working environment.

The Production Manager should have the following qualifications:

• 5 years in a production environment, preferably in food manufacturing.
• 3 years in a management role.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
