Summary:
A Global Leading Ingredient Manufacturer is looking for a new Project Engineer to join their team in South Sioux City, NE. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity that will be onsite with a small amount of travel
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred) with 1-3 years of experience in engineering project management.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in industrial/manufacturing settings.
- Familiarity with grain processing, food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries, with bonus experience in protein isolate manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, including unit operations, P&ID development, material handling, and energy management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with preferred knowledge of Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods.
