Job Summary: The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen events, and Continuous Improvement (CI) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead and manage quality assurance and control processes to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and CI projects to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, and report findings to senior management.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance the quality management system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading Kaizen events and CI projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
