Regional Sales Director
A leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking a Regional Sales Director to spearhead sales initiatives and drive business growth within assigned district accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the regional sales team to exceed targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor metrics, and coach the team.
- Ability to develop account management plans and strategies for profitable growth.
- Stay informed about customer and market developments.
Supporting Functions:
- Support corporate customers and district accounts.
- Manage district accounts for profitable growth.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering for customer solutions.
- Communicate with Account Managers on quality and delivery issues.
- Assist the credit department with receivables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of Sales experience, with at least 5 years being in a leadership role.
- Proven record of securing high-value new business, expanding key accounts, and managing district sales.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies for the OEM market.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills & customer service orientation.
