Job Description
The Import and Export Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that our import and export activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This includes reviewing contracts, licensing compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpreting and implementing US Customs, EAR, BIS, and other Government Agency rules and regulations.
- Ensuring legal compliance and providing import/export administration controls, including licensing requirements.
- Managing reporting to BIS for license exceptions and ENC reporting.
- Cross-functional collaboration across the organization, including Sales, Regulatory, Logistics, and Engineering.
