Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Customer Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and extensive experience in quality management within the high-purity chemical manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage customer quality assurance activities to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) tools and processes.
- Oversee Non-Conformance Management System (NCMS) processes to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding quality-related matters.
- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management.
- Mentor and train junior quality engineers and staff.
