Our client is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, programming, and troubleshooting control systems, particularly with Rockwell PLCs and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) .

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Programming :
• Develop, program, and optimize control systems using Rockwell PLCs (e.g., ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix).
• Create and modify HMI / SCADA systems for user-friendly interface and process monitoring.
• VFD Integration and Configuration :
• Install, program, and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for various applications.
• Optimize VFDs for energy efficiency and operational performance.
• System Maintenance and Troubleshooting :
• Perform routine diagnostics and maintenance on automation systems.
• Troubleshoot control system issues to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Project Management :
• Lead and support automation projects, including scope development, budgeting, and scheduling.
