DSJ Global is currently partnered with an Global Materials Manufacturing company who is looking to add a Senior Manager of Product Development and Innovation to their growing team. In this role, you will lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
What you will do
- Define and coordinate regional product development agenda in alignment with regional business priorities
- Lead, motivate and develop regional Product Development & Innovation Team
- Partner with regional market organization to effectively translate market needs into labeling solutions
- Lead regional break-through innovation programs in closed collaboration with global Innovation Hub
- Collaborate closely with global expert network to scale UPM’s unique adhesive and coating competence
- Pro-actively contribute and support global innovation excellence programs and its regionalization
Who you are
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Technical Engineering, Master’s degree preferred
- Product Development background in Chemical, Packaging, or adjacent Industries
- 10 years of proven leadership
- You have vast experience in innovation management (NPD management) and respective tools & processes (e.g. DFSS)
- You have significant business insight; professional experience in a business role e.g., in product management or market strategy preferred
Salary : $145,000 - $170,000
