Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to department personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead the development and implementation of the area 5-year Capital Plan and Productivity Agenda.
- Monitor and manage area costs, identifying opportunities for reduction and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on area processes and technologies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on area performance and progress.
