This key role requires a proven track record of success in sales leadership and the ability to manage a substantial team. The ideal candidate will bring energy, integrity, and a commitment to building a high-performance team, while effectively managing a significant revenue base. They will foster cross-functional collaboration and will be actively involved in customer interactions, providing a boots-on-the-ground approach when needed.The Vice President of Local Sales will have the following responsibilities : Lead a team of 100 sales staff, pushing initiatives and strategies, while coaching sales management professionals to improve their performance and business effectiveness, ensuring a strong pipeline.Coordinate sales distribution, establish and assign sales territories, quotas, and goals, while guiding sales managers in developing and approving goals and performance budgets.Develop and manage annual sales plans and programs, participate in long-range planning, and introduce new strategies.Ensure compliance with government regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Collaborate on sales growth initiatives and assist in selecting new products.Actively engage with customers, including restaurant chains and independent restaurants, to understand their needs and drive sales growth.Work closely with operations, merchandising, and finance teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.The Vice President of Local Sales will have the following requirements and skill sets : B.S.
