Job Title: Vice President of Local Sales
A high-impact leader is required to drive sales growth in the restaurant segment across southern California.
- Lead a team of over 100 sales staff, driving initiatives and strategies while coaching sales managers to improve performance.
- Coordinate sales distribution, establish territories, quotas, and goals, guiding sales managers in developing and approving business plans.
- Develop and manage annual sales plans, participate in long-range planning, and introduce new strategies to drive growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience with a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
- Experience managing large teams, strong background in the food service industry, and ability to manage significant revenue.
