DSK is seeking a full-time, experienced Information Technology Manager [IT Manager] who has a high level of understanding of architectural software and can work collaboratively with clients, Principals, and Project Managers. This individual will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
OPPORTUNITY
DSK’s design practice provides opportunities to contribute to challenging internal projects while maintaining external visibility within our community. The IT Manager will be mentored along their leadership pathway. Importantly, this role will create connections with all staff across all areas of practice at DSK.
PRIMARY ROLE
The IT Manager is responsible for strategic planning, oversight, and implementation of all technology systems that support firm operations, ensuring security, reliability, and performance across the organization, including planning and managing a resilient multi-cloud environment to support scalability and business continuity.
This individual will work with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients while promoting and embodying DSK’s core values. This leadership role requires a hands-on, highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills. A strong sense of integrity, initiative, and strategic thinking is essential for long-term success in this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
· 7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration, in a managerial role
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
· High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and work ethic.
· Demonstrated ability to maintain a sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Possesses critical thinking skills and an analytical approach towards problem-solving.
· Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is required.
· Experience with REVIT, ACC, workflows of other architectural software such as Grasshopper, Rhino, Enscape, etc.
· Expertise in Microsoft 365, AWS, and enterprise IT environments.
