DSL Express is currently looking for a dedicated and dependable Loader to support our logistics operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the careful loading and unloading of freight, ensuring shipments are moved safely, accurately, and on time. If you take pride in working hard, staying organized, and maintaining a safe workspace, we want you on our team.

Your Role Will Include:

Safely loading and unloading goods from trucks, trailers, and other vehicles

Handling packages and freight with care to minimize damage

Following all company safety protocols and operational procedures

Using forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment (training provided if needed)

Coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff to keep things moving efficiently

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized loading area

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or loading is a plus—but not required

Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills

Comfort working in a fast-paced and physically active environment

Forklift certification is a bonus (we can help with training)

Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends or overtime as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
