Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and other transport vehicles with precision and efficiency.
Ensure proper handling of shipments to prevent damage during loading, transit, and unloading.
Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
Work closely with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Keep loading areas clean, organized, and hazard-free to support efficient operations.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or loading roles is beneficial but not required.
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Team player with good communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Forklift certification is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime.
