Customer Relations Representative for DSLD Mortgage (Full-Time) - Baton Rouge, LA

The Customer Relations Representative will be at the forefront of our high-volume, fast-paced environment, engaging with inbound leads, following up with past clients, and proactively building new relationships. The ability to connect with customers, assess their needs, and seamlessly transition qualified leads to our loan officers will be key to our continued success.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a high volume of inbound web inquiries and leads, ensuring prompt and professional engagement.
- Make multiple follow-up attempts per lead to maximize contact rates and conversion potential.
- Assess customer needs, gauge interest levels, and seamlessly transition qualified prospects to loan officers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in our CRM system, ensuring all lead interactions are properly documented.
- Conduct proactive outreach to past clients, nurturing relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Identify and establish new client relationships, leveraging industry knowledge and top-tier customer service.
- Work collaboratively with loan officers, sales teams, and leadership to refine processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, contributing to the ongoing success of marketing and sales efforts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role within a high-performance team.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management software.
- Familiarity with the mortgage industry, real estate, or housing market preferred.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
