Role Description
As a Sales Agent for DSLD Homes, your goal is to obtain new home sales by demonstrating plans, features and community information to potential homebuyers. You will serve as the trusted guide during the home buying process for your customers. To be successful in this role, you will need to become very knowledgeable of the DSLD processes and generate excitement by effectively identifying needs of the potential home buyers and matching related solutions. This also includes marketing the community for events and building realtor relationships to ensure sales goals are achieved.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Guide buyers through the sales process, deliver top-tier presentations, and provide exceptional customer service
- Actively generate leads, follow up, set appointments, and utilize CRM tools to track sales activities
- Manage paperwork, conduct color appointments, schedule walk-throughs, and assist buyers through the sales process from contract to closing
- Maintain strong communication with buyers, real estate agents, and lenders
- Network and facilitate relationships with realtors, host marketing events and open houses.
- Understand construction, financing, and title processes to effectively educate buyers and ensure smooth transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- 2-5 years in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate!
- Active Tennessee Affiliate Broker Real Estate License
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance are required
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
Working Conditions and Environment
- Work is generally performed in a typical office environment at the model home using standard office equipment
- Work is typically sedentary but some walking and light lifting is required along with general cleaning to maintain homes
- Fast paced environment subject to several interruptions with priority changes with short notice
Work Schedule
- Office hours are Monday – Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. & Sunday 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
