JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create promotional mortgage flyers and fulfill requests from sales team.
- Make minor adjustments and updates to the website when needed.
- Create and order business cards, yard signs, and various other marketing materials.
- Review and respond to Google reviews professionally.
- Provide support with creating, editing, and posting content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media to maintain a positive brand presence and foster customer engagement.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as :
- Shipping items to additional office locations as required.
- Coordinate and assemble closing gifts for clients.
- Track promotional item inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked and ordering replacements when needed.
- Submit updates and accomplishments to Human Resources for recognition and reporting.
- Assist with event preparations.
- Help with market research and market analysis activities.
- Prepare visually compelling and informative presentations to enhance discussions and objectives in meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand messaging and business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
- Maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to navigating challenges in a fast-moving industry while adapting quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
