Your Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and manage weekly production schedule for the P&B Division
- Confirm Customer Sales Orders based on desired delivery date and available site capacity.
- Collaborate with all internal business areas such as quality, maintenance, production to deliver an efficient and attainable production plan.
- Release PE production plan aligned with the site’s operational capabilities reducing overtime expenses & rework.
- Diligent inventory management to reduce nonvalue added inventory for Finished Goods
- Collaborate alongside cross-functional teams enabling a seamless End to End Operation
- Entry to the exciting and inspiring world of fragrances and scents

- Bachelor’s in industrial, Systems or Chemical Engineering
- 3 years’ experience in Planning
- SAP proficiency required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to take initiative to find creative solutions to diverse problems.
