As the Executive Assistant you will need to have a proven track record in organizational requirements, calendar management, and document preparation. Must be skilled in coordinating high-level executive calendars and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless communication, and prioritizing tasks effectively. Recognized for excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate executive needs.

Your key responsibilities
- You will organize and maintain the managers (digital) agenda, schedule, change, coordinate and prepare all appointments.
- To provide forward planning support, manage deadlines and deliverables, compose correspondence / reports for review and manager's signature, update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
- Welcome visitors, arrange corresponding meetings (virtual or physical) and social events.
- Invite all participants and guests, attend, make notes and if necessary, distribute minutes and action list.
- Support the team with Global meetings, arrange travel and accommodation for VP , create expense reports for VP, take initiative in manager's absence.
- Manage Contract Platform. Some SAP management is required for occasional invoicing.
Position level and Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $55,000-65,000
