Key Responsibilities :
- Maintains accurate, up-to-date information on flavor collections to facilitate flavor selections by internal team members
- Together with R&D team, ensures relevance of collection according to market trends, flavor profiles, flavor performance, regulatory requirements and cost-in-use guidelines
- Together with Marketing Manager, ensures relevance of collection sales materials including sell sheets and presentations
- Uses various computer programs to measure collection usage efficacy and collaborates with global resources for Digitalization improvements.
- Communicates and shares best practices with collection managers in different segments and regions
- Maintains and updates physical collection inventory in an organized and efficient manner
- Coordinates and participates in the tasting and evaluation of flavors to optimize and validate performance of the flavor collections
