Your Key Responsibilities
- Safely monitor, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot all field instrumentation, electrical equipment, and control systems including plant safety systems and plant power systems
- Install, loop check, maintain, and troubleshoot process control systems comprised of transmitters, controllers, and control valves.
- Calibrate, monitor, repair, maintain, and document all field instruments such as transmitters, controllers, valves, PLCs, HMIs, plant safety systems, plant power systems, pH, and conductivity meters.
- Monitor Instrumentation and electrical maintenance requirements and ensure all work orders are completed and closed out properly in the CMMS system.
- Coordinate and direct outside contractors and vendors as required.
- Review instrumentation, PLCs, HMIs, and control diagrams prepared by E&I designer/drafter for as-built accuracy and completeness.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Requires two years of technical school training in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years maintenance experience, preferably in a chemical or food/beverage manufacturing environment with technical/troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to be on your feet upwards of 75-85% of a shift.
- Ability to climb ladders and flights of stairs up to heights of 2nd to 3rd floor.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
