We are hiring for a Lead Applications Technician who will grow our West Coast business by supporting Flavorists and Application Technologists with flavor screening & selection, sample shipments, and pilot plant runs. You will collaborate closely with Application, Creation, and Sales teams to drive project work and overall business success.

Your key responsibilities
- Supports food technologists in product development activities (flavor screening, formula iterations, setting up tastings, gathering tasting data, etc.) primarily in the sweet goods category.
- Lead simple projects and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Operates various laboratory and pilot plant equipment.
- Packs and ships outgoing samples to meet due dates.
- Supports pilot plant runs & specification development.
