Your key responsibilities
- Oversee daily enzyme production operations, managing a dynamic two-shift team.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Develop strategies to enhance department performance, optimize asset utilization, and improve product quality and yield.
- Support site food safety programs, ensuring ongoing compliance and improvements.
- Set departmental targets, establish KPIs, and ensure accurate reporting of performance metrics.
- Manage production schedules to meet demand, inventory targets, and adjust plans based on operational goals and available resources.

- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field required; Engineering or Business degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a food production environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient or advanced in basic math, with analytical and statistical reasoning abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); SAP experience preferred.
- Strong teamwork, autonomy, and accountability skills, with the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
