- Lead the regional business unit forecasting process of unconstrained demand.
- Ensure the demand forecast aligns with segment strategies and priorities.
- Communicate the demand forecast effectively within the business unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead demand planning for Taste, Texture & Health (TTH) products, including cultures, enzymes, nutrition, and more across North America.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (sales, customers, commercial, etc.) to gather demand inputs, assumptions, and insights.
- Analyze and interpret market trends, historical sales data, and team feedback to develop an accurate regional demand forecast and communicate key dynamics with regional and global stakeholders in monthly sign-off meetings.
- Communicate forecast updates clearly to supply planners, highlighting key changes from previous forecasts and ensuring smooth information flow between demand and supply teams.
- Monitor forecast accuracy through key performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements to continuously enhance forecasting precision.
- Manage forecasting adjustments driven by sales updates in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and/or Operational Management Planning (OMP), while also supporting allocation management processes as needed.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of experience in demand forecasting, supply planning, or similar roles, ideally within the Food & Beverage industry at a multinational company.
- Familiarity with S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) business processes is a plus, as is experience with SAP and/or Advanced Planning Tools.
- Proficiency in information systems, with a strong affinity for Microsoft Excel.
- Highly analytical with the ability to model and analyze complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident personality, as well as a high capacity for learning and personal drive.
