Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop savory and bakery applications and create new concepts to showcase the breadth and depth of dsm-firmenich dairy flavors, ingredients, technologies, and innovations
- Actively participate on technical team to develop strategic relationships and customer intimacy via presentations, hands-on benchtop working sessions, and technical-to-technical connections.
- Manage cross-functional projects for the development of products, application of flavors, and engagement with customers.
- Leverage technical expertise in terms of flavors, ingredients, formulations, and processes relating to savory and bakery, while establishing and maintaining a network of relationships within the technical community.
- Maintain knowledge of client’s strategies, brands and products.

- 7 years’ experience in the food industry with Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Science/Science Technology or equivalent.
- Or 5 years’ experience with Master's Degree.
- Demonstrated technical track record in flavor applications, ingredient expertise and product development.
- Ability to work in kitchens, labs, and pilot plant environments
- Ability to travel to customers in North America ~20%.
