The 2025 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 9th, 2025 and run through August 14, 2025
Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 / 40 hours per week)
As an i-Health Creative Team Intern you will have a great opportunity to learn a broad skill set and knowledge essential for thriving in a fast-paced CPG in-house creative environment. Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project workflow using our cloud-based project workflow/approval tool to track progress against deadlines. Attend weekly Creative status meetings with Brand teams to align on priorities and gather necessary information to complete projects.
- Work and communicate with many of the cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Science, Regulatory, and Product Development.
- Manage print proof approvals with DocuSign.
- Help coordinate packaging mock up requests by working with Designers and External vendors to deliver mock-ups on time.
- Assist with tradeshow booth creative planning and maintaining due dates.
- Asset management of our healthcare professional marketing materials on our cloud-based platform
- Opportunities to assist with creative design development and production of Corporate/Brand creative requests both print and digital.
- Opportunities to sit in on Marketing promotion strategy meetings and Brainstorming sessions for digital and print.

You Bring
- Currently junior or senior college student studying Business with an interest in one or more of the following: Marketing, Project Management, Design Fundamentals & Printing
- Candidates must be available to work full-time beginning on June 9, 2025 – August 14, 2025.
- Ability to learn new software programs, including project management tools.
- Have a basic understanding of the Adobe Suite, Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, problem-solving, and ability to manage priorities.
