Associate Operator, Spray Dry Powder Packer

Spray Dry Packer is needed in a detail-oriented and efficient team at DSM- Firmenich. As a Spray Dry Packer you will need a strong understanding of quality control and safety protocols to handle our product with the utmost care. A packer will also need to be able to accurately measure and label finished material throughout the process. Being able to work efficiently under pressure enables the company to meet tight deadlines and keep a smooth production flow.

Your key responsibilities

• Palletize finished product
• Take samples to the lab for testing
• Complete process order paperwork
• Complete sanitation processes
• Ensuring proper labelling of finished product
• Complete CCP's and pre-operational inspections

You bring

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Ability to Lift 50 lbs on a repetitive basis and standing for long periods of time
• Ability to wear a respirator and other PPE per company policy
• Basic math skills
• Team and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hot & cold)
