QC Lab Technician I

Location: Fort Worth, TX (US)

As a QC Lab Technician, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting compliance activities at ANH Premix Blend Plants in accordance with ANH Quality & Operational Excellence Standards, Corporate DSM-Firmenich Requirements, FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act in USA), and Customer Specific requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Performs raw material identification and retain management with minimal supervision.

• Maintains lab and FT-NIR instrumentation.

• Performs the release of raw materials and finished goods within SAP and the approval process.

• Investigation of batch deviations under guidance of senior staff.

• Maintains good documentation practices.

• Supports the fulfillment of corporate directives and management requirements as set out by Global ANH at the local level to ensure sustainability of site compliance.

• Additional responsibilities as defined and provided by leadership.

You bring:

• Associate’s degree in relevant scientific discipline. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Broad understanding of safety, laboratory hygiene and GMP rules

• 0-3 years of lab experience

• Experience in Microsoft Office (outlook, word, and excel)
