Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with local cross-functional teams to deliver answers to regional customer briefs.
• Deploy global HNC-Taste initiatives with necessary regional adaptations.
• Design proactively marketing and consumer insights campaigns in line with strategy and pipeline
• Monitor market evolution, flavor trends, and consumer expectations in healthcare and adjacent categories.
• Identify regional opportunities to grow the HNC Taste business through relevant insights.
• Act as the local Taste ambassador to promote Taste capabilities across HNC regional communities and events.
• Focus is on North America, yet ad hoc support to other regions may be required for some specific projects

You bring

• Marketing experience (2-5 years), ideally in flavors, food, or health/nutrition areas. Consumer insight experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Flavors in the Food, Food supplement, or Pharma industry
• Proactivity, creative thinking, and team spirit
• Appetite to connect the dots using multiple insights (market data, trends, innovation, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional communication, with organizational skills and the ability to take initiative
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
