As the Stability Coordinator you will oversee and manage all stability testing for Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Air Care and Home Care projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all stability related issues. Evaluate samples and adhere to delivery due dates.
• Pull and evaluate samples from testing chambers and organize according to test schedules. Evaluate stability for olfactive and physical changes.
• Identify and flag any technical issues related to product performance or testing parameters and report findings to internal teams.
• Maintain up to date testing protocols for client requirements. Implement when needed test protocols for internal test studies. Record stability data and results into CLASS database system.
• Maintain calibration of equipment used for stability testing such as pH meter, Viscometer, UV light box etc.
• Record and maintain clear and accurate records of all procedures and results. Contribute to routine laboratory housekeeping and day to day operations in the lab.

Your bring

• BA or BS in science related background plus 1-3 years of stability management
• Must have olfactive training to be able to identify any deviation of fragrance character.
• Knowledge of lab safety and working in a lab setting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
