Responsible for ensuring equipment is cleaned, this includes tanks and pots, emptying trash dumpsters and cleaning floors; receives approved finished batches and fills by weight into shipping containers.
Your key responsibilities
- Gathers empty pots and mobile mix tanks from compounding stations. Washes large and medium mobile mix tanks, hoses, pumps and valves ensuring properly cleaned.
- Repacks raw materials as assigned by supervision. Receives completed and QC approved batch from Compounder.
- Works from system packing schedule to generate labels for batch and labels all shipping containers prior to filling. Stages empty packing containers and sets up pumps and hoses.
- Places shipping containers on scale and fills according to the order requirements using a variety of methods according to batch size.
- Installs bung or flex spout on filled container, using appropriate tool, and cleans exterior of container. Places filled container on pallet to be moved to shipping area when order is complete.
- Maintains clean and safe work area, keeping plant floor clean, dry and free of debris using floor scrubber. Operate equipment, including automated filling machine, lift table, scales, pumps, etc., in accordance with operating instructions. Participates in year-end inventory.

You bring
- High School Degree or equivalency (GED) required.
- Prior fork lift experience.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle heavy materials including drums (lifting requirement of up to 60 lbs.)
- Possesses strong commitment to team environment dynamics.
