Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bi-weekly or monthly payroll processing
- Support benefits enrollment and handle employee questions
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- 1–3 years of HR support experience preferred
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS or payroll software experience a plus
