About the Role:
A leading hospital is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Contractor to support its Change Management and Change Control processes as it consolidates to a single EHR system (Oracle Cerner Ambulatory). The existing ServiceNow Admin has limited experience (6 months), so this role will provide expert guidance in implementing and optimizing Change Control workflows in ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Enhance ServiceNow Build – Develop, optimize, and customize ServiceNow’s Change Management and Change Control functionality.
✔ Develop & Implement Change Control Processes – Align ServiceNow updates with hospital workflows to ensure seamless change tracking and approvals.
✔ Support EHR Consolidation (Project Unity) – Assist in integrating Change Control processes into the hospital’s Oracle Cerner Ambulatory system.
✔ Automate Workflows & Meeting Management – Configure UI Actions, templates, and scripts to standardize Change Control meetings (agendas, attendees, approvals).
Required Skills & Experience:
ServiceNow Build & Customization – Extensive experience in Change Management/Change Control within ServiceNow.
Programming & Scripting – Strong ability to develop custom UI Actions, automation, and templates within ServiceNow.
Change Control Expertise – Deep understanding of Change Management lifecycle beyond just system configuration.
ServiceNow Implementation Experience – Experience aligning ServiceNow updates with hospital/healthcare workflows.
Healthcare IT Experience (Preferred) – Familiarity with EHR integrations and hospital IT environments is a plus.
