* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Acoustic Engineering, Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience (minimum of 7 years) in designing audio speakers, preferably in the automotive/marine industry.
* Strong knowledge of acoustics, signal processing, and audio electronics.
* Proficiency in using simulation tools and software for speaker design.
* Hands-on experience with prototype development and testing.
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Vehicle audio systems.
* Experience with CAD software for speaker enclosure design.
* Knowledge of sound tuning techniques for optimal in-vehicle audio experiences.

- Work with factories and engineering teams based in Asia, South and North America to take designs into production including site visits and launch support.
- Create and test prototypes of audio speakers, iterating designs based on performance evaluations and feedback.
