About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our Account Manager team and training department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing administrative tasks, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including quote generation, correspondence with customers, order processing, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update customer records, assist with customer portals, and address inquiries via phone or email to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate customer training and administrative tasks such as managing registrations, scheduling, issuing training certificates, invoicing, and others.
- Order, schedule, and setup onsite breakfast and lunch for training classes.
- Manage in-person morning sign-ins and setup for training classes.
- Cross-departmental cooperation with engineering, accounting, production, shipping, and marketing to ensure smooth sales operations and customer deliveries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software (MS Dynamics 365 is a plus).
